MY FRIEND WORK AT LIFE CARE SHE TOLD ME THIS TWO WOMAN THEY DONT TREAT THE CNA NICELY THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND SARCASTIC.I HEARD ONE CNA TRYING TO CALL AND SICK BECAUSE SHES HAVING MISCOURAGE AND THEY TOLD HER TAKE SOME PAIN PILLS AND COME TO WORK! SHAME ON YOU MICHELLE AND RYAN!!!‎

Shame on Life Care Center of Reno

My mother in law was sent to Life Care to rehab after discharge from Carson Tahoe (where she had been treated for pneumonia and heart attack and loss of kidney function. She arrived at Life Care very week. Life Care was immediately informed of the fact she is diabetic in addition to her medical condition. Five days later, she has a bleeding pressure sore. This in spite of the fact various family members have visited on a more than once a day basis and have frequently reminded staff she needs to be turned every two hours. This is but one of many complaints about Life Care's lack of attentiveness.
