Honestly, I never even knew stores dedicated to just hats existed until I came across this quaint little shop in the Poughkeepsie mall (I always forget whether it's the Galleria or the South Hills mall though-not that it matters since they're right next to each other). Intrigued, I went in, and found a large variety of all sorts of hats and head coverings, with friendly help as well. I'm not sure what the going rate for hats is, so I can't comment on pricing, but the help is good, the selection seems excellent, and it's in a convenient location.
