When we were in the market for a Lexus SUV, I had called them about a car they had in stock. They quoted me a price on the phone which we thought was a great deal. We went all the way to find out that there is no way they would give us that price on that car. It was a different one! They did not even apologize enough for it. They just wanted to try and get us there for our business. We walked back out.
