Disappointed Customer
Rented a carpet cleaner, worked for 30 min before water jets stopped working. Then machine's vacum system stopped working due to loose hose, ...fixed that then floater ball got stuck, then plastic water deverter came loose sending water over the tank back on the floor. When I returned the machine they said I broke it and wanted me to pay for it. Also, low speed floor scrubber broke too! Part that tightens the handle in place would come loose.....try that on a slick floor! NO REFUND WAS GIVEN...They just played victum.
