Excellent costumer service! I was very happy with the friendly service I was given.

Lenscrafters has locations throughout Orange County. I needed glasses quickly and was able to get into their optomotrist and have an exam and get a pair of glasses. Within six months I noticed streaks on my glasses, this was the film peeling off. After going to my regular optomistrist I was told the perscription was totally wrong. My eyes had not changed that significantly. I found Lenscrafters is very expensive for what you get. I would not recommend this store, especially for people who have children.

I had been to have the glasses to Lenscrafters
I found lot of varieties that I never see that much verieties
and the staff is very very cooperative
I just went with my Insurance card that I even don't know what to pay and what will cover by insurance
But they enquired everything and helped me lot
Some times they give 100$ off if we go for both eye test and eye glasses at the same time
I can get better options here and I can find this store everywhere

PROS: The staff is very good
CONS: Not more branches are available
