Im giving these guys a rating of 2. The reason being is the wait. I made an appt and the day of I showed up about 7 minutes early. Then I waited, and waited, and waited. I was there for an hour and a half for an eye exam. One person apologized when they say me shoot some stink eye from the waiting room. They said 'Im sorry about the wait. The doctor is running a little behind because if his 10:30 appt.'

Well that would have been usefull info before I showed up. They have phone numbers. USE THEM!! Call and say 'You know what Troy? Why dont you come in at 2:30 instead of 1 because were running late?'

Then I could say 'Thank you for the call. I appreciate it because this wasnt the only thing on my schedule today, and now I can get some other things done instead of sitting in your f*cking waiting room for almost an hour.'

Anyways, the people were nice, the doctor is nice and explains alot as he goes, but for the love of God, CALL NEXT TIME AND TELL ME YOURE RUNNING LATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I live in Pewaukee and use the Lens Crafters Brookfield office. Recently, I was in Green Bay for a wedding and had a contact rip on me the night before the event. Of course, it was the one time I hadn't remembered to bring my glasses that I so rarely wear. The woman who helped me volunteered to call my location and get my prescription. She then gave me a trial pair in my prescription to get me through the weekend. Excellent service. Thank you for saving me from what would've been a miserable, blind reception and an interesting drive home.
