To give this restaurant more than a 2, you must be a white bread fanatic. Food = below par, Service = rude.
Lemongrass soup was way to sweet, almost no flavor like I am used to. Pat thai was dry and hard.

Lemongrass is my favorite restaurant! I?ve eaten there many times and have never been disappointed. The interior is beautifully designed, the atmosphere is conducive to conversation, and the prices are very reasonable, considering the high quality of the food and service. The appetizers are wonderful, especially the Fried Spring Rolls, and I?m often tempted just to order several appetizers. I tend to order the curries, since they are all so good, but I have been happy with every entree I have had. Lemongrass does not serve mixed drinks, but the wine and beer are always good and are moderately priced. I have never been to Thailand, so I can?t claim that the food is ?authentic,? but the many Asian customers I have seen there don?t appear to be grumbling. I give Lemongrass my highest recommendation!

Truly great thai food, and one of my favorite restaurants. Fun, chic interior. Great, friendly service. A ton of food options, but I recommend the pad thai.

We went with some friends from out of town last week and we all love Thai food. We waited for 20 min but the restaurant was only half full. The drinks we received were weak and overpriced. Finally after our waitress (who was very nice and attentive) brought out our appetizers we were able to dine on cold egg rolls that were wrapped with a thin rice paper. Our soup came so salty I had to send mine back. The others were so hungry by this time they washed it down with a few glasses of water. Once our meals arrived 2 people found a human or animal hair in their Pad Thai. We sent them all back, and when the manager Voradet came by to see what the problem was he was rude! We did not ask for anything free all we wanted was the food to be fit for service at a restaurant. Later that night all six of us were very sick from something, not sure but I bet it had to do with the dirty kitchen. If going to Jax stay away from this place!

I didn't have high hopes for this place because I've been burned by several restaurants in the Jacksonville area. This restaurant is in a shopping center that didn't look too appealing, but once I walked inside I was pleasantly surprised. The decor was great; everything looked clean, and the food was above average. I would definitely return to try more of their dishes. I had the chicken Phad Thai, and it was great.
