I took my 3yr old shih tzu in due to his eye being swollen. Dr Utkov saw him. He handled my dog very roughly and then was surprised when my dog attempted to get away from him. He began talking about how I needed to watch Ceasar The Dog Whisperer to be train my dog to act better around him. First of all, my dog had never seen him before and therefore, was rightfully nervous. When I attempted to explain this to him, his exact words were "I dont give a shit about that...excuse my language." I was outraged and shocked. He left the room to get eye drops and the nurse attempted to apologize for him. I told the nurse, that she wasnt the one that needed to apologize. She attempted to explain to me what the Dr Utkov may have meant. I told her that there is a way to talk to a customer and his language was unacceptable.
