I went in to purchase a new car with CASH. I wanted to purchase with cash and NOT finance beacuse know what my credit looks like. They were well aware of my cash intention, but insisted on running my credit. I told them again that there was no need and I was going to pay in cash. They said the credit check was just to make sure I am who I say I am. They came back and said they were not going to be able to accept my personal check due to my credit. This means they told me an out right LIE about why they wanted to see my credit. After 6 phone calls and 3 emails to the general manager, I have been totally ignored. STAY AWAY unless you dont care about good customer service and LIARS dont bother you.

My husband and I went in to look at the Toyota Yaris today and although we were greeted promptly when we got out of the car, the salesman didn't explain anything about the car to us OR try to sell it to us in any way. He got called back into the office after a couple of minutes and left us alone, telling us to bring the key back when we were finished. He didn't offer us a test drive or treat us as though we were serious at all. It came off as rude and it made us feel as though he didn't think we were valued as potential customers. We ended up going to Crossroads Nissan and being treated very kindly and bought a beautiful Versa.

I got the XLE for $20100, which is cheaper than that of my friend, who purchase a LE for $19000. I have 6-disc CD player, powerful air conditioning system and compass inside the car. I spent 4-5 hours there for that car and it is a big deal for me since I also trade in a old SUV for my friend. They also gave some special on car service, such as $10 special on oil change. This dealer should be the second one in NC which could bring you better price.
