I cannot attest to the quality of dental services because I never got past the front desk!

I made an appointment but couldn't keep it because I had the flu. I called the DAY BEFORE to cancel. Then later when I called to reschedule, I was told if you cancel your first appointment (even 24 hours in advance), they will not reschedule you. Ever. And they were quite rude about it. Patient CARE? Not here.

Anyway I found a great dentist that I am very happy with and would never recommend anyone to this group.

Was treated extremely poorly by the front desk staff. Turned me away over not having my father's social security number. Would never allow anyone I know to go there ever again.‎

Dont be late or you will be kicked out!!! I was a 'new' patient and caught in traffic and they told me a needed to find a new dentist!!

Made an appointment as new patient. My insurance co. doesn't require a social security # to prove identity for payment of services. However, the front desk lady, who is by far the rudest front desk person I have ever seen in my 30+ years of life, told me the doctor would not see me without it and they needed it for the insurance. They also wanted me to sign an acknowledgment form stating I had read a document they did not provide to me. I asked for the document and they provided a crinkled up sheet of paper stating they could and would give my personal medical info to anyone they pleased. DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST. I called the CBD dental as recommended by a friend and it was a completely different experience. They confirmed no social was needed for service and got me an appt for the next day.‎

Overall dentist is good. Front staff is lacking in professionalism and politeness, Overpriced. Typical bad New Orleans attitudes. Don't recommend.‎
