My 4 year old son has been attending Legacy for a year and half, and we are huge fans of this school. He did previously attend a different preschool for almost a year, and the difference between the two schools is night and day. Some of the many things I love about Legacy:

From the administration to the teachers, these people believe in the Montessori way for education, and I love that they don't just teach Bible stories. They are Christians that love Jesus and they are living examples of how to "love like Jesus".

The administration and teachers are always available to talk. Everyday I get a rundown of how my son's day was, good or bad so that I can talk with him about his day.

When we were having trouble with my son's strong-willed behavior, I asked for a meeting with Miss Katie and his teachers and they met with us so we could outline ways to better help my son at home and in the classroom. They really care about helping my son to learn, but also helping him grow as a person.

I also like that they really try to encourage a family atmosphere. We have a few school events throughout the year and I love getting to meet some of the other parents and knowing more of the children that my son talks about each day.

All and all, I'm a huge fan of Legacy and am hoping to have my son there through elementary.

I was impressed with the fact that all teachers are well-qualified, experienced, professionals, and show geniune love for all the children.

Personally, wasn't concerned about academics for my pre-schoolers, just wanted a fun and safe Christian environment for them while I am at work. But the fact that they both learned foundational basics through many different and tactical materials at such a young age really impressed me. They are both doing well above their grade level, and I can't be more pleased.

Also Montessori personalizes every child's learning at their individual level, so nothing slips through the cracks. I highly recommend this school.

From attending Cornerstone Christian Montessori my 8 yr. old boy and 6 yr. old girl and 3yr old girl are now excelling academically. Not only is this school a nurturing and caring environment but it actually is allowing my kids to soar past any boundaries academically and they are at the level that they reach because of their skill and ability not because someone has placed them in a box. As of now they are 2 grades ahead of "where a public school would place them" and learning Chinese even. Thank you Paul and Katie Tseng for committing to such Excellence for our future! In a time of questionable educational and moral standards, CCMS is like an oasis in a desert. I watched my own children begin to read and do complicated math problems by the time they were in kindergarten. My son's reading level is way above his peers in Elementary School.‎
