Excellent Service by Lori B. at InsiderPages
I have used their services both at my place of business and at my private residence. Their services were performed both quickly and professionally. The employees were very helpful in answering all of my questions. They saved me both time and money by performing their tasks with state of the art equipment. They would also make helpful suggestions without trying to force you into making any decisions.

Doesn't Walk the Talk by Chi G. at InsiderPages
Their slogan in the Yellow Pages reads You are a stranger here but once and here at Insider Pages you should know that after many service calls to this company and charge accounts at the same address in the same name, the office manager still cannot pronounce the simple family name correctly or handle the transaction with a competent understanding of the situation. I'd like to return to being a stranger to them...
In a past instance, work completed by a now deceased member of the family was not honoured in a very unprofessional manner. The 90 + year old landlady at my house has had many frustrating issues with billing and proper resolution of plumbing AND heating work. It also raises a red flag when service people who are the sons of Lee and sons admit to smoking crack and talk about excessive drug use while doing these shoddy repairs. Overall, this family is doing very subpar work.
