I hate car trouble. I hate going to get an estimate at a repair shop. I always feel like they are trying to upsell stuff I don't need. Not at Lee Myles in New Windsor. I always feel like the shop is looking out for my best interests. They tell me what I have to do and what else is optional and allow me to make an informed decision without pressure. They are reliable, on time and make the experience painless. I am willing to pay for professionals with ethics.

I never feel comfortable in an automotive repair shop...but, here the men are very pleasant, they know their business and they keep the place clean...you can sit in the waiting area and not fear being greasy when leaving. Best of all, they have never been anything but fair in their practices and dealings...they charge fairly and they actually do the job properly. Your car is as clean when you leave as when it arrivred. Overall I have been very satisfied with this Lee Myles and the people who work there!
