I HAD MY CHILD THERE FOR ALMOST A YEAR. I SHOULD OF WRITTEN THIS LONG TIME AGO. MY FIRST COMPLAIN IS THAT THEY PUT KIDS IN THE CORNER WITH THERE NOSES FACING THE CORNER FOR LONG AMOUNT OF TIME,THEY WOULD PUT THE CHILDREN IN TIME OUT IN CUBBIES FOR LONG AMOUNT OF TIME. MY CHILD HAD A CONDITION WITH HER TOES CURVING TOO MUCH SO SHE WOULD TAKE HER SHOES OFF ALL THE TIME ,WELL TO PUNISH HER THEY WOULD MAKE HER PUT THEM ON BY HERSELF AND OF COURSE A 18MONTH OLD WOULD BUT ON THE WRONG SIDE. SHE WOULD WALK AROUND LIKE THAT ALL DAY! MY POOR BABY. SHE WOULD TALK BAD ABOUT THE KIDS PARENTS INFRONT OF THE KIDS TO ME! THE LAST THING WAS ... I FOUND MADICATION ON THE FLOOR LIKE ALWAYS I WOULD LINGER FOR A FEW MINUTES TO MAKE MY CHILD FEEL CONFORTABLE. MY KID WAS THE ONE THAT GAVE IT TO ME I TURNED IT IN ,WELL THE DAUGHTER BETTY WAS WAITTING FOR ME WITH THE PILLS AND SAID HERE IS YOUR MEDS!!!!!WELL I BROUGHT THEM TO A PAHRMACIST IT WAS AN ANTI-DEPRESSION MEDICATION. WELL I WAITED FOR HER TO LET THE REST OF THE STAFF KNOW ABOUT IT OR THE PARENTS 2 WEEKS WENT BY AND NOTHING I PULLED HER OUT! PLEASE PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL OF THIS PLACE!I IT IS AND OUT DATED LOCATION ITS CHEAPER THAN THE REST OF PLACES .THE TOYS ARE OLD AND DIRTY AND THE OLD LADIES ARE RUDE ! I WOULD NOT RATE THIS PLACE AT ALL

My child went to the learning tree and i had seen one of the teachers squeeze his wrist,looking as if she were about to break it. The teacher didnt think i was looking.
I do not advise you sending your child/ren there.

My daughter attended the Learning Tree for a short period of time. The owners would constantly complain about my daughter screaming too much and waking up the other children. Mind you, my daughter was not even a year old yet and her so called screams was how she expressed her excitement. After so many various complaints about my barely 1 year old daughter, I asked the owner if she wanted my daughter to go to another nursery. Her exact response was, If you can find one! I pulled my daughter out that day, never to look back. My daughter since then has been attending Children's Chalet and I have absolutely no complaints about it. We both LOVE her new nursery.

If you are looking for a traditional style preschool this is for you. This is a family owned and operated business. The owned is in her seventies and is very proud of the school she created. The enviroment is nourishing yet strict, traditional style. The academic side of it is lacking a little, but my kids did great when they got to kindergarten. I sent two of my kids through the program and was very satisfied. I recommend this preschool to all my friends and neighbors.

CONS: high teacher turn over rate, academics lacking a little

My brother actually used to go here, and I was not at all impressed. It was way to layed back with no instruction or discipline. I could have done better leaving him at home by himself. Also, the cost was a bit high.
