Wedding save
Thank you Leanhart Plumbing for saving my wedding! I always wanted to get married at my Aunt's house, like my mom and sister did, but on the morning of our wedding all the drains were stopped up. We couldn't even flush the toilet or use the kitchen sink, and my bridesmaids and I couldn't take showers! It was Sunday and I thought for sure it wasn't going to get fixed, but I called Leanhart and someone came over right away. Two of their technicians cleared out the main drain line and got everything working again. When I told them I was worried about the cost, they asked me to get my phone book and showed me a coupon so I could save money! I wanted to invite them to the wedding, but they got a call from a restaurant with the same problem so they had to go. I don't know what we would have done without them.

Tankless Water heater service
I hired Leanhart Plumbing to fix my tankless water heater, they were not able to get it working properly. I was still charged full price for their work even though the problem was not fixed. The service tech was not familiar with the brand of heater I have and spent several hours on the phone with the manufacture walking him through the repair process. I ask for a 50% discount in light of the fact that the problem was not corrected and that the tech required assistance. I feel the time required to perform the tested was extended due to the lack of prior experience. In the end I paid for his learning curve. My advice is to confirm the plumber you hire is familiar with the equipment they are working on.

I called Leanhart Plumbing on Christmas day, I was horrified at the least of what this was going to cost me and the mess it might make. Leanhart was so friendly, professional and did a fantastic job, no mess, and the price was reasonable. I was so happy with their services I just had to let others know what a great company they are.
