I had been a "member" of Le Beach Club (Beverly Blvd) for years, just paying a monthly fee until they said they weren't offering it anymore and that I had to buy a package deal or single tans. That's where they pulled the scam.

You buy packages with a certain amount of tans, but what they don't tell you is that they expire. The manager said that you buy a membership, and memberships expire after a year. The package I bought said 20 tans, with no indication of expiration, since there was a specific number.....long story short, I moved away for 6 months, didn't use the tans and they "expired". The manager said that he would give me back the tans I had ALREADY PURCHASED if I would buy more. Let me see, buy more when I had already have 10 tans left? On top of it, he could not provide any signature or proof that I agreed (signed) any contract stating they expire. I called a couple times and he wouldnt get back to me. I LOST OUT ON HALF OF MY "PACKAGE DEAL" or about $125.

THERE ARE A LOT OF OPTIONS OUT THERE, I WOULD SUGGEST GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY ARE MORE PROFESSIONAL AND HONOR WHAT YOU PURCHASED.

I have been tanning at Le Beach Club Tanning Resorts for years. They have many different locations in the Los Angeles area which really is helpful for me! I'm a mom, always on the go! I frequent the the Pacific Palisades location and I always have a very nice experience. The staff is always accommodating, even when I run in at a moments notice to get a tan. They are also incredibly knowledgeable which I find important. I highly recommend Le Beach Club for all your tanning needs.

I love this salon! It is so clean, and has a feel and look of an upscale spa. I was very impressed by the customer service there as well, they showed me around and told me about all of the equipment in detail. It was a great experience overall, i would recommend this place any day!

All in all this was just the best experience I've ever had at a tanning salon... Seriously you should check this place out to get the perfect summer tan!

I live right up the street from the salon and discovered it about a year ago. About 6 months ago the salon was totally redecorated and is SOOOOO pretty now! The staff are always soooo helpful in customizing what will work best for me whether I am looking to get tan for a party the next day or getting ready for a trip to get a base! I love the sungate and they have a new bed called the glam or something that makes you dark really fast and doesn't burn you. I occasionally do what they call "cocktails." Its when you tan in a bed and then I do a level 2 clear mystic afterwards. best results ever!
