I have used this service for thatch and aeration on personal and rental houses for several years. They simply came, did the work, and sent a bill. This year I made an appointment for a newly purchased home. No one showed on the scheduled day. I called the next day and scheduled with the owner, Paul, for the same day the following week. I was told I just fell through the cracks. But again, at the next scheduled date, it was a no show. I called again, twice, leaving my number and did not get a call back. So, I called the following day and cancelled the job. This service has been in business for many years. I assume this is an aboration, but my experience was poor. I gave them two stars because they did satisfactory work for many past years. If he had even know his crew had not shown or if he had returned my calls; I would have given him more stars.‎
