Rude! Arrogant and self serving.
Spoke with this man for 20 seconds...Shouted at me... STOP TALKING, SHUT UP AND LISTEN! He then began to berate me and my feeble attempt at understanding Law.
Rattled off some vague, broadbased legal jargon(all of which I understood and had nothing to do with what my case was about) and closed with an outrageous retainer amount and fee. Almost daring me to take it?? What happened to the customer?? I hope he gets some therapy soon before he pops.
