Bummer won't let me rate with no stars - that is what they really deserve. No stars - that's right - no stars. My attorney left the firm and no one called or emailed to let me know. Heard last week she left 3 months ago. Only found out because someone finally answered the phone and told me when I asked for my attorney. Guess that explains why my emails requesting that my file be closed for the past month have gone unanswered. Been trying to get my file closed this past week via phone calls to the office manager so I can get the remainder of my retainer refunded and can't seem to get anyone to call me back.‎
