I paid in advance. i was very happy in the beginning with their services. A few weeks later i needed to get a hold of Juanita the other attorney at the offive and all that kept happening was that i was being placed on hold.. if not on hold the secretary would take my info and i would not get a call back. I needed to move to texas. nothing happened with my case they just kept telling me that Mr. Zimmerman was in vacation. Juanita just let time pass and pass and after they told me that they cant handle my case anymore because i have not been living in Hanford anymore. i then said well can i have a partial refund and they said no. its been over 9 months. i have been calling to at least get my paperwork back from them and they dont even return my call. i have at least left like 20 messages and they have not returned my call... if anyone has any advice for me please let me know at.. commerce22000@yahoo.com. thank you.‎

Doesn't really get on the ball and is never at his Hanford office but is in Visalia alot. Does a good job, but like I said hard to get a hold of when you need to.
