I dont know about these other reviews but Judith Wemmert was so helpful in my matter. She took my case on a payment staus and then she did everything she said she would do in my case.She has always made time for us and always had time to call us back. She is a very compassionate attorney and that is a quality that I admire and respect in any person.She did great work for us and i am forever grateful for that! You should contact her if you need any help with legal advice i would recomend her to anyone who needs an attorney.

She never returned my calls even after 2 weeks of calling 2-3 times a day every day. She never kept me informed of my case and actually let me become noncompliant by not submitting my information which she had in her office. Very unorganized and could never find anything when I was in her office which was the only way to ever talk to her. Very unhappy and would not recommend to my enemy.

Each time Judith Wemmert appeared in court she told a lie and guided her client to decieve the Judge and court. I know this for a fact because I specifically knew the truth. I was a first hand witness. Judith Wemmert should be heavily fined and dis-barred for her unethical practices.Judith Wemmert will NOT return calls, e-mails or postal correspondence. This seems to be her 'tactic'. I have spoken directly with several Bexar County Judges (confidentially) and they all agree with me about Wemmert's unresponsive and unethical practice. Wemmert is NOT a member of the BBB. I would not recommend any one contact or use Wemmert as their attorney. Her staff of parralegal helpers are just as unethical as she is. Be for-warned! Ask your church or close friends for other recomendations about other attorneys! The courts will eventually figure this out and dis-barr her from practicing law in Texas.

Judith Wemmert is probably the worst not disbarred lawyer in San Antonio. She does not return calls. Ms. Wemmert came to every court appearance without any preparation. At EVERY appointment in her office, she was always late, unprepared and had other things taking her efforts away from me her client. I was the ONLY person with any insight into my case. Despite everyone telling me to dismiss her I did not, much to my financial hardship. Shame on me. If after reading this, you use her, shame on you.‎
