If you don't mind a little chanting and meandering spiritual talk this place is great. It's a beautiful room, doesn't feel overly crowded or competitive and the classes are always varied. I have never left feeling disappointed.‎

I appreciate staying true to yoga as a spiritual tradition in this secularized and overtly superficial culture. I also appreciate the pro-community feel here. They have free tea and cookies set out for after class socializing. What I dont appreciate is the precariously ultra fast adaptation of neo-hatha in what many people refer to as Vinyasa. I also dont appreciate the managers of the studio not responding to my email. The girl upfront was helpful. All in all, this is an average studio that has the potential to be a lot more. Its a beautiful space.‎

This place rocks! Nothing compares to Jasmine's teachings! You are elevated to such heights spiritualy all your troubles are forgotten. The work out leaves you feeling strong and connected. I love this place! We finally have a winner for yoga in SF.
