I received treatment for acne scars here and they were great. I had 4 treatments for my acne scars. My pores shrank and my acne scars are gone. They did a great job. Thanks.

My 18 year old daughter has acne. This horrible place got her to sign a credit application for $13,000 to give her laser. Sleezy man talked her into it. She got her treatments. Her skin was about 50% better upon completion. All acne came back 100% and she starts college in debt. These procedures are expensive and they use sales people to pressure you into filling out a credit application. Unethical service preying on teenagers and really doesnt work.

First of all, before I even met with the Doctor, I heard him yelling at his employee for about 5 minutes straight! And believe me, he was not nice about it AT ALL! Also, I met with a consultant and talked for a few minutes only for her to leave and be scolded by the doctor very loudly about what she said. He then came in the room with the colsultant and was talking very loudly to me as if I wasn't there (in third person) about how his facility was the best and others would be shut down because they didn't compare. It was shocking and rude. I felt so disrespected by the doctor by how he was acting. Very unbelievable to say the least. He was VERY condescending.

All I have to say is: Thank Goodness for Laser Dermatology Institute of California! I HAD adult acne, and even makeup wouldn't cover it up. I never wanted to go out and meet my friends from middle school or highschool. Now, I can proudly show my face on facebook! I can honestly say, I have PERFECT SKIN!

Hi...I just wanted to say that I had a great experience with the Laser & Dermatology office and with Doctor Rispler. Ever since I went there my confidence went up and now I am a lot more active. I had bad acne and I am very athletic. All those products weren't helping I guess because I sweat alot. Anyhow, they are friendly, helpful, and really know what they are doing.
