Completely unsatisfied, spent over $3000....‎
I did laser hair removal for two years & still have a ton of hair everywhere. When I went back to show Lisa, she tried to say something about hormones & hair regrowth but the truth is she did a horrible job & did not zap all the hairs properly. Her employees didn't last very long & they where all very nice, so I'm sure it's because of her. Every time I went in I dreaded it & regret that I pre-paid. I hope no one has to deal with her rudeness. She told me I should go somewhere else or sue her if I'm unhappy, which I am now going to do.‎
