I've been here about 3 times for large group gatherings and everytime I go their staff is nicer than the last time. They never rush us and are courteous throughout the entire meal. On top of this they serve delicious margaritas and have many different great entree options. I recommend all of their full entree plates especially the carnitas and carne asada plates.

Las Olas is a good restaurant to go to when you want to go out but don't care where you go. This place has good drink selections, nice staff, and is family friendly.

Parking is usually an issue, with the lot filling up quickly during lunch hours but they do offer valet during dinner hours.

I always leave Las Olas full and satisfied but haven't found a 'go-to" dish that I love.

The only reason I mourn the coming of summer is that Las Olas' winter happy hour will go away!
Right on the beach is where I want to be, especially if I can be served a delicious Mexican meal for $5.
Other seasons bring fresh lobster, and a nice variety of specialties, some on the healthier side in addition to tradition. You can always order the black beans instead of refried. Their salads are great - beautiful and generous.
I have to be careful not to fill up on chips, because I use them as a vehicle to get more of their fantastic salsa!
I've even sampled a couple of their margaritas and been happy...happier by the moment, in fact.
Bring your family, bring your friends, and enjoy a great view and some yummy food at a reasonable price.

We go here for work lunches and I have to say they pretty much let us have run of the place. We are VERY loud at lunch, drinking mucho grande amounts of tequila, and even following it up each time with an ice cream eating contest. Every once in a while if we get super rowdy they will ask us to tone it down, but for the most part they are relaxed. Not to worry, we are the only people in the place this obnoxious so for those of you looking for something mellow this is still your bet.
Haven't found any food that I absolutely love, but haven't had anything I dislike.
The location is right on the beach making it easy for a post meal walk, and the staff are very friendly.

Get a great meal at a fantastic location.
