I bought a new 08 Elantra which was totalled less than a year after purchase. Due to insurance company totalling my car and waiting for gap to settle claim my registration expired before I purchased my new car at Larry Miller Hyundai Peoria about a month later and we have purchased 5 Hyundais 4 at this dealership and now am being told that because my registration expired I am not eligible for the owner loyalty discount and need to come up with $1500 after purchasing my 09 Sonata 3 weeks ago. I am not very happy with this situation and specifically went to this dealership because of the excellent customer service from sales dept, service dept, etc. we have never had problems with any of our vehicles and do currently have 4 Hyundais at my house now. I specifically went to this dealership to take advantage of the owner loyalty program as well as Hyundai assurance and the excellent customer service we have received in the past. We have worked with a wonderful salesman Gary 3 times which is also a big factor of why I came to this dealership. I am very disappointed with management at this dealership and have been there twice to attempt resolution and keep being told to come back. I have taken time off work to get down to dmv and the dealership and was told to come back in 2 days.
Pros : Great service, great value, excellent warranty, etc.
Cons : Apparantly owner loyalty program is not valid if registration for previous car has expired (due to car was totalled and I had to sign it over to my insurance company so they would pay my claim)
