I took my HP laptop to Laptop Rescue because of a cracked screen. It was awesome because they had the screen in stock and put it in the same day for like half the price geek squad quoted me. The guy behind the counter was super cool too.

Took my laptop in because the hing was broke.Charged me 49.95 to tell me what was wrong. Paid 200 to fix. They called and said the lid cover was broke which would be another 29.95 before I called back and paid the 29.95 they called and said it ready. Picked up laptop and they had put an old scratched cover on that still had scotch tape on it. Wanted another 100 to put new lid on. The screen is too bright will not turn down. Video switch turning on movie without operating system does work anymore. Still looking for programs that I had such as hollywood screen writer are not on desk top. Will not turn on most of the time takes turning off and on many times to get it to start and if you are using the battery it is almost gone before it starts. Dont want to go back don t have the funds to fix something that was working when I took it in.
