Poor Service

I ordered 500 translucent business cards and was very unhappy with the outcome. They used a lighter type of paper which was not the same as the sample they showed me as the sample. I challenged Peter and said if I bring you the same type of paper you are showing me as the sample will you re-do the job? his answer was NO!
