The are the worst. Rude people, especially Jennifer in Customer Service. The cars are great while they work but prepare to drive rental Kias while they are down which is 4-5 times a year.
Pros : Good cars when working.
Cons : HORRIBLE SERVICE ALL THE WAY TO THE MANAGER.
