I'm 100% positive the earlier reviewer is an employee. I have really bad experience here. My car overheat so I took it there because it's near where I live. The estimate when I dropped off the car was $150 for the water pump replacement then they called and said it wasnt the pump, the radiator needed to be replaced and the charge would be $800. I agreed to go ahead with the repair. The day after I picked up the car, it died again. They took it back then called me just to say that another part needed to be changed for $400. They refused to be responsible for the first repair which was not necessary and insisted on charging for the second repair which we did not authorize. It's like going to a dentist to have a tooth with caries removed but the dentist pulled the wrong tooth out, a good one then still tries to charge for the filling of the bad tooth. I also dont like this kind of practice, quoting one price to make you agree to drop off the car then raise the price later. Every time I called the quote seemed to be increasing! I don't know if the manager had problem understanding English or he intentionally misunderstood me. I guess it was the latter. I will never go back to them. They try to cheat and deceive customers to make more money and this kind of practice is disgusting.

This place is great! They have a clean facility with a kind and helpful staff. I take my Land Rover and my Jaguar there for service.
