Shovel
I am writing in attempt to resolve this issue regarding Mom's shovel. My mother's shovel was 43 years old, and apparently had great sentimental value to her, in part because it belonged to my late father. It was purchased in Ohio and was moved to Corpus Christi when my family moved here. Apparently, because the shovel was manufactured in a different era, Mom feels that it is not replaceable. She also feels, since it is different than the shovels that your workers were using, she feels that they stole it on purpose. Perhaps she is correct, since it cannot be found. She had taken it out to the backyard in an attempt to communicate with your workers, since they didn't speak English. She didn't want them to pile the soil up so high around her plants, so she took her shovel and moved the dirt away from the plants herself to show them.
