Regarding Land Park Business Services in South Hills Shopping Center, Sacramento: I am a middle aged female reviewer of this business and I have been a customer of this business for several years. Mostly I have returned due to the shop's location. This copy and mailing center business is well stocked with items. The staff and ownership are knowledgeable about products. The ownership is not at all friendly. They come across arrogant and snobbish, and mostly unappreciative towards customers. The staff mostly follows the ownership's often dismissive, indifferent, and even snotty attitude towards most of their customers. An undertone of arrogance, apathy, and coldness are noticeable from ownership towards its patrons, even the good and returning ones. These people are often unpleasant and have markedly repelling attitudes. It is clearly coming from the couple who owns and run this store. If I were shopping for a neighborhood copy and mail business, I would look somewhere else. Nobody wants nor needs cold and indifferent shop owners and probably most important, people who do not do anything to make their customers feel welcomed or appreciated within the store. Unless you live right on top of the business' location like I do, do your mailings and copying somewhere else.

Great little store to copy your personal documents -- not ideal for large copy jobs. The staff will package and ship anything and everything for UPS, FedX, USPS pick up. Mailboxes are available for rent with access to your mailbox after hours.

I've been a regular customer for about 10 years. Just for little things like couple of copies or a FedX drop off. I am glad they are there.

PROS: Location and lots of parking
CONS: Staff could be friendlier. One staff member is very helpful.
