Not A great Experience

UN PRO FESSIONAL. Staff berates students, unbelievably controlling. Do not support school activities or family. Play favorites, over charge. Other than that, once they get around to teaching dance, they are good at it.
Too much High School Drama from adults.

Pros: They do teach good technique

Cons: Lack support for school, berate, too much drama, can't stick to dance- bad coaches

Wow what a great place for my daughter. Friendly teachers and fantastic technique. Lana's is the best dance studio in south county. Leila and Lana work hard at making sure everyone has the best time at their studio.

Clarification!

Lana's Dance Studio is a strong tap,jazz,ballet & hip-hop studio. We have never claimed to be solely a ballet studio. If any student wants more ballet training then we refer San Jose Silicon Valley Ballet or MH Dance Center. If you've actually danced/taken classes at the studio then you would know that all of the competitive team classes are based out of our Morgan Hill facility. Such bad behavior would not be tolerated at this studio. I only believe in reviewing businesses in which I patrionize!

Good Jazz, Bad Ballet.

A great Jazz program and very poor training for the ballet student. A mixed bag. A lot of pressure to be aprt of the comp team. The dancers aren't as nice to the other dancers who don't join the team. It's just a lot of pressure.
