I've been here twice - one for a wiring problem with an old lamp of mine and the other when I was searching for a nice floor lamp for our new house, and the people there were nice and helpful. They're not the cheapest, but they have a good variety of shade heads available from silk, fringes, clips, ect. for a small store.
