Last winter was our first winter in our new home so we wanted someone to check out our furnace. We got the number of this company from the phone book. We called them and they came out and checked our heater, cleaned it, and replaced the filter. They showed us how to change the filter for future years. They also explained that we needed to put an air vent in the door to the furnace closet as it could cause an explosion without one.

PROS: very friendly and willing to educate and answer questions
