Best physician ever

Doctor Kazato has the best bedside manner of any physician I've ever had. He took the time to patiently explain a procedure from a previous physician, complete with a diagram. I was never examined by an physician's assistant or nurse practitioner - actually saw the doctor himself!! Referrals to specialists were completed in a very timely manner. Unfortunately, it appears he has retired, due to health reasons. He will be sorely missed.

The staff at Dr. Kazato's office is wonderful. The office is clean and orderly. The problem I found was the Doctor didn't show up for appointments. I took my Mother repeatedly to appointments only to find out he didn't show up. I have to wonder what kind of physician this is. The staff would tell us he wasn't well (shouldn't there be a replacement then?) and this went on for months until we switched.
