Charged me $250 more than they quoted. Claimed it was a SMALL oversight on their end. Really? $250 dollars is a small oversight? What if I underpaid my bill by $250 dollars and said it was a small oversight?
I went in to get a root canal and was quoted to get the work done. From the quote, I decided I would go ahead and get it done. It was expensive but we cut back and made room in our budget. After it was finished they gave me a bill that was $250 more than I was quoted. Apparently, they only gave me a quote for the root canal and not for putting the filling in which is a necessary part of the whole procedure. Why would they not give me a quote for everything they were going to do? Kinda like a mechanic, I guess.
