As a parent, we all have many expectations that we hope that our child's pediatrician can meet. The guidelines for these expectations should be made from the practice of Dr. M.J. LaGrew. She has a God given gift to diagnose and treat children. For some reason it seems that in our family, the children always get the out of the ordianary illnesses, the ones that would make a regular doctor throw their hands in the air. Dr. LaGrew has always had the answer. Not only is her diagnosis quick and accurate, but she is always very thorough. I have never left her office with questions or wishing that she would have spent a little more time with us. She gives us 100% of her attention every time we go. She gives me the opportunity to ask questions and listens whole-heartedly to my concerns. I can promise that this is a rare find. I truly believe that there is no better pediatrician than Dr. Mary Jane LaGrew.

I have had Dr. Lagrew as my son's pediatrician for over 9 months now and both I and my son really love her.
- She has always been helpful, considerate, and patient in answering all our questions.
- I particularly love her grandma tips like giving fennel water (fennel seeds boiled in water) for his stomach problems, raisin water for constipation etc.
- I also appreciate her returning my calls from her home when she is also taking care of her 2 little kids.
- Another thing that I find very convenient is that she is reachable through emails...and she is very prompt in responding to the emails
- Also it is very easy to get appointment with her. In fact once we went 1 hour late for the appt by mistake - she was quite busy but still she accomodated us.

The only thing that I do not like about her service is that they no longer give any reminder calls. The first time I didn't get my call, I actually missed my son's appt and I was told that I shouldn't be relying on the reminder calls as they are mere courtesy calls.
