The person answering the phones for reservation there is a pathetic man, he is always rude and always shows an attitude. Lady Liberty should hire staff with good customer service skills and above all a person who displays good phone etiquette not just hooligans, the person o the other side of the line refused to give me his name.I will never book these guys again‎

Well, I have used Lady Liberty only once so far, and overall it was a good customer experience. I called the day before for a 1:30 pickup to the Airport. Around 1pm, dispatch called and stated the driver would arrive around 1:40pm, which he did. The ride was a typical van ride, and the driver was polite. What more could I asked for the price of $10. I did give a tip and I was off. But, I will call them again and recommed to others until the customer experience changes.

It is definitely a hit-or-miss with Lady Liberty. For $8 one-way to and from the airport and Center City, it is a steal compared to $25+ taxi ride. However, it can get very frustrating when it takes the driver 30 minutes to pick you up ...

This is a long standing company that offers Vans (shared with other customers) from center city to the airport for ten dollars. For comparison a taxi ride will cost twenty five dollars not including tip. Sounds like a no-brainer. ...
