I could not use her because Condo Association had a contract with another company which was rated as an A+ with the Better Business Bureau. Pat was so compassionate for I had lost my job. My life was a a train wreck but she was so nice to provide me with free information. I wish that she could have been my service provider. She sets the example for all pest control services and she is a cut above the rest. No one can even come close to her.
