The best place in Pleasanton to have great Italian food! Always leaving satified!

Great Place for lunch! I took my team to La Vite for our weekly Friday lunch, and we all left full and satisfied. The tomato-basil dipping sauce is delicious, the pasta is well seasoned, and the fish is fresh and tasty. It is a little pricey ($10+) for lunch time, but definitely worth the price.

Most of what needs to be said has already been said. La Vite Ristorante is one of the better dining establishments in the Tri-valley. The quality of the food is good, the service is good, and the selection works too. They are accomodating and can arrrange for a group to have a room to themselves. The price is reasonable and the portions are ample. In short, I would recommend eating here.

Formerly known as Garlic De Pasta, this Italian restaurant has been my birthday, anniversary and Christmas spot for over 20 years. Their back room can handle large groups up to about 100. Most of the food has cream sauces, and you CAN get modifications depending on dietary needs - just ask! Faz (the owner) is flexible and keeps wait staff hopping. The dessert menu is usually tiramisu and cheesecake or chocolate cake. Wines are reasonable. There is a wine bar in the back room. Nicely decorated - Tuscan atmosphere. My husband adores the Ragu Bolognese and I love the Spinachio.

This was a great place to eat. I had the fettuccine and I have to say this was a good. The services is fast and people are nice.Prices are low and the wine is good. Not to far from freeway 680.
