I made telephone reservations never given a choice of inside versus outside room. My outside room was in the courtyard, Rowdy guests kept me up all night, i complained with little response. The bed linen, mattess, etc was old with cigarette holes and stained. In the morning i found a dead cockerroach in the bathroom. The staff was excellent and tried to help. I did get a room change on the third day which helped, still the linen was scarey. The breakfast was adequate. If they spend a little money and purchase new sheets, mattress covers (filty), and new linen, this motel would be acceptable, with other choices at similar price in the area, it not a great first choice.
