This company is owner managed by Karen Daniels who, in my opinion, is extremely lazy and arrogant. She does as little possible but always ensure she collects our monthly dues which are the highest in the area (and we have no real landscaping our recreational facilities). She treats the homeowners with disdain and acts as if we work for her! I use to be on the board and the financial reports she gives us never did foot and it always seemed as if are assets were going down and not up even though we have little capital spending each year. If I had the time and money, I would hire a private auditor to audit her books as there seems to be something fishy about them. We never have an honest board election and she appoints who she wants on the board in colusion with one of the old-timers who has lived in our commuity for over 10 years. I also heard from one of our vendors that did work on our property that she gets a kickback from his company; I don't know if that is true, but it wouldn't surprise me (and this is totally illegal and unethical!).
