I randomly picked this place years ago, & have been so grateful ever since! Dr Hixon is wonderful, & so is his staff. I'm the type who likes to ask questions, & he answers them without talking down to me or brushing me off. He spends as much time with you as you need & works to get your prescription matched to your lifestyle (eg, deciding on whether to get special lenses for computer work, should I go with progressives or contacts? is the latest eyewear technology worth the price? etc). They have a lot of frames in the office & are willing to spend all the time you need (I'm a really slow decision maker when it comes to glasses)...but the frames are a little pricey (compared to budget places like Costco or Walmart) unless you have insurance. On the plus side, you get the service here that you absolutely can't get at cheaper places. Highly recommended, especially for the Dr & staff!

It's hard to put a finger on why I like this Dr. SO much...it's that thing in life you rarely find anymore...integrity, personal care...and a Dr. who'd been around for a while and is SUPER at his job...I've been wearing the WRONG prescriptions for YEARS...Dr. Levy was able to correct my prescription in seconds....Hats off to you Dr. Levy!!!!
