I have to say that I'm bummed I didn't consider shopping resale when my daughter was born. I cringe when I think about all the stuff I paid for and didn't use. La Costa Kids has a few new things too like B.O.B. strollers, Ergo carriers, hair accessories and some clothes that were samples. But that's pretty common for resale stores.

Anyway, they have a ton of stuff in here. It's winter so there's a bunch of holiday dresses and ski clothes. Rain boots too. Everything looks new or like new and is bargain basement prices. I saw a Ralph Lauren ski suit for $16 that looked brand new. We also go through dance clothes like crazy. They had a pair of Capezio dance shoes I bought for my daughter (I paid $30) for $5. That's some serious savings.

Also, it's a nice place to convert no longer used stuff into something that's new to you. It is definitely upscale resale so it should be clean and in pretty good condition. I bought my daughter some Rapunzel pajamas that were like $2.50.

I've been to this resale store a few times and just love it! They sell mainly used clothing, but it hardly looks worn. And it is mostly name-brands also (Gymboree, Gap...). They also have 1 rack devoted to maternity clothing, which are also name brands. They do sell some new items, such as shoes and some clothing. They have lots of used videos, books, and a few baby items as well. The staff is helpful and friendly.

It's a bit more expensive than some resale places, but that's because you're paying extra for the barnds they sell.
