I don't leave reviews often, as most businesses fail to impress me, but Frank at LA Bugs Pest & Termite control deserves it. I am having a small termite issue at my Mom's home and had called to get information on a termite inspection and remedy. Frank inquired about the type of bugs I am seeing -- color as well as physical features -- and within 2 seconds was able to diagnose the type of insect; Subterranean Termites. Frank went on to explain the negatives of this nasty termite and how it can be removed. All in all, I don't think I could find a more helpful person and I'm looking forward to having him come out soon. For me, knowledge is everything, and if someone really knows what they're talking about I feel far more comfortable working with them. Thank you again, Frank! -Aaron‎
