I bought my Miele cooktop and dishwasher here since compared to other stores at the time, the shipping was the lowest. (No discounts on Miele are available anywhere.) No installation it's true but fortunately I already have a contractor/installer.

To date I have purchased a Bosch dishwasher and a JennAir trash compactor from them. I first went to Sears and Best Buy - it turns out that L & D has the same prices, yet much better customer service and tons better knowledge of the product. There after-service is great as well - I lost some hardware to put on a custom panel for our dishwasher, and they were able to find one in their shop and just gave me the extra hardware.
The only con is that they don't do installation, but they do recommend Sid Neubold (who I also recommend super-highly), which means you have to coordinate a little on the delivery and installation.
