I needed two pairs of Dockers, and was referred to this store by the Dockers company. I called and placed an order for two pairs of men's pants and was assured that they were in stock and I'd get them a few days later. I received nothing, so a week later I called again. They found my order and told me I'd get them in a week. Over a week later, I called again; they found my order; and told me they were out of stock. Meanwhile, the pants were a birthday gift. Needless to say, I missed the birthday. Meanwhile, postal rates went up. I cancelled the order.
