If your dog's grooming has been neglected and it comes to him matted to the skin he will fix it in the way most humane and least stressful for the dog. He loves putting a pretty pattern on a well maintained dog, GREAT at picking up on possible health problems and warning you of them. Some times a little rough around the edges when dealing with owners, he is all love and caring with the animals.


If your dog has health problems or needs to be in and out fairly quickly he accomodates if you warn him in advance (at the time of making the appointment). My elderly dog is fighting cancer and needs meds periodically for pain. Kutz 4 Mutz makes sure he is in and out within a couple of hours without stressing him or hurrying.

We have been going to Kutz for Mutz for over 15 years and cannot say enough about how satisfied we have been. They have cared for both a small long-haired dog, then a larger short hair, and have done an excellent job grooming both. They are reasonably priced and extremely knowledgeable about dog grooming and care. We have found the people at Kutz for Mutz to be very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them for any dog owner.

We had the WORST experience at this shop. Our gorgeous dog was made to look like a freak of nature. Two simple grooming requests were made at the drop-off time and both were completely ignored resulting in a total disaster. When we questioned the owner about his "grooming" choices he launched into a very lengthy, rude, and condescending lecture that began with "You people!" and ended with "I make over a hundred thousand dollars a year doing this. You don't think I know what I'm doing?" The answer to that question is NO. Please save yourself (and your dog) the humiliation of doing business here.
