These guys are awesome! The price was right, fast service, clean work and they were the only guys in town that were familiar with my '05 5 series BMW. They added an ipod option and I am going back for speakers soon!‎

A couple of days ago, my friend recommended that i go to kustom car for my sound system. so i went in and talked to a salesperson. the guy was nice, so i said lets go ahead and do this. and by the way this is the guy who recomended that i have my windows tinted at tint by day, which was another big mistake. anyways, after i pick up my car, some of the stuff was broken on it.. so i asked them about it. they totally denied that the broke the parts. anyways all in all. bad expierence. i could go on for a couple of paragraphs. i had a quik minute to write a review. thought i might save people from wasting their time and hard earned money.‎

I think the other reviews are friends or something, because my experience was one screw up after another with attitude on top. They gave me an estimate before I bought the stereo then raised it after I bought it. They said it would take 2 hours, I came back and they were all just hanging out. It ended up taking another hour and right at the end I am told they will have to finish it next week because my car has a stock sub amp, shouldn't they have known this? And why should I have to wait a week? When I came back they tried to charge me extra to do the work without ever mentioning it before, and when I refused the owner acted like an angry little kid. They also had to redo my wiring to the ipod because of poor communication between installers and they made an ugly hole where the wire comes through the dash. They were rude and unapologetic all along despite their many mistakes and considering that they charge top dollar for their work I am amazed they are still in business. My stereo ...

I bought a sub and amp and later a head-unit with Kustom Kar... They deal in Alpine, which if you look it up online is considered to be on top of the game in Car Audio so that is good. My sub / amp were recommended from one of the employees who said that he had been a professional in car audio for over 15 years (something best buy employees cant beat or come close to). However I had a best buy gift certificate so I told the guy I was going to have them install, he warned me but I went to best buy regardless. They did crappy install work and after the installation was complete I had to return several times to get all the wrongs righted (having to make an appt @ best buy every time i had to go in costing my time/effort/gas money) they were simple mistakes that the best buy staff didn't attend to while quote on quote 'professionally installing" my gear. Later i picked out and bought my head unit from Kustom Kar and had them install it. They took a long time to install it, at ...
